Delivery Areas
We provide delivery services in Edmonton, St albert and Sherwood Park Alberta. For delivery outside our standard service area, Please contact us directly to confirm availability and additional fees.
Delivery Times

Deliveries are available Monday to Saturday

Orders placed before 1PM can qualify for same-day delivery, subject to availability. Orders placed after 1PM will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise arranged.

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays, except for special occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, which will be announced in advance.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on the location and will be calculated at checkout. For rural or remote locations, addition fees may apply.
Order Requirements

Please provide the full name, address, and phone number of recipient to ensure successful delivery.

For business deliveries, include the company name and specific department or suite number.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in additional fee or delays.
Delivery Confirmation

Our drivers will attempt to hand-deliver all arrangements directly to the recipient. If no one is available, we will leave the arrangement in a safe and sheltered spot or with a neighbor and notify the sender.

If delivery is not possible, we will contact the sender for further instructions. Redelivery fees may apply.
Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances
In case of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be delayed. We will contact you promptly to make alternative arrangements.
Special Requests
For special delivery time request or custom instructions, please indicate them during checkout or contact us directly. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Little Daisy Blooms & Balloons, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Fresh Flowers and Arrangements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns on floral arrangements. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your flowers, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Resolution Options:
• Replacement of the arrangement.
• A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
To process your request, please provide:
• A photo of the arrangement showing the issue.
• Your order number or receipt.
Plants
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours.
Resolution Options:
• Exchange for a similar plant (subject to availability).
• Store credit or refund.
Non-Perishable Items (Gifts and Accessories)
Non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Custom Orders
Custom orders, including wedding and event arrangements, are non-refundable after signing the contract. However, we will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction. If there is a concern, please reach out to discuss possible solutions.
